Returns At Sunglassplus.co.uk we want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make. It is our aim to offer you the finest sunglasses and accessories, which are a 100% guaranteed against defect, faulty workmanship and loss through shipping. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days, and we will issue a full refund for the value of the goods, less the shipping charge if applicable. If you are returning any items because of an error on our part, we will be happy to replace the items or issue a full refund including any shipping costs. If you are returning defective goods, these items must be inspected by the manufacturer so please allow 10 working days for a replacement or refund to be issued. When returning any item please enclose a note giving the reasons for return and wrap securely. When returning goods it is advisable that you send your package by a recorded or special delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Lost In Post Even though all packages are sent via Signed for Delivery, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. If this occurs and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. If this is not the case please contact us at sales@sunglassplus.co.uk and we will track the product with the Royal Mail. In the unlikely event that the package is not found we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. Please make sure you wait the full 7 days for delivery. Exchange of Goods Sunglassplus.co.uk are happy to exchange any unused products provided they are returned with written proof of purchase within 30 days. Goods must be returned in perfect condition with all the original packaging. This policy does not apply to prescription sunglasses or special orders. There will be a Ł5.00 charge for this service where we have sent you the correct items in accordance with your order. Cancellations Under the Distance selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods. If you cancel before despatch we will refund your money in total within 30 days. If the items have been despatched please e-mail sales@sunglassplus.co.uk stating that you wish to return the goods. In this case we will only refund the cost of the items purchased not including any delivery charges incurred either by sending or returning the goods. Complaints Procedure All our products are sourced from leading manufactures and suppliers around the Globe and it is unusual to find a product with a genuine fault that is not covered within the guarantee period.
