This company "does exactly what it says on the tin". Supplies a product with fantastic customer service. I did a lot of research on my Rudy Project Sunglasses and Sunglass plus were one of the best value with a great web site. After a couple of emails with Paul I had the confidence to spend over £150 with them and I am so glad I did. Within 1 week I was wearing my new glasses. Thank you Paul and I will be back for more. I agree with a previous feedback, in my experience you can totally trust this company. |

What a great service! Very speedy delivery and the sunglasses were perfect - well packed with the Ray Ban box, case and cleaning cloth too. The sunglasses are amazing and such good value - I love them! Thank you |

Sometimes the measure of a company's commitment to customer service is how they treat less positive feedback. By this measure SunglassPlus score very highly.
I did not receive an acknowledgement of my order and said that it would be a good idea to do so. I received a phone call from Paul apologising. It was an error (they usually do acknowledge orders) and he was able to assure me that they had received my order and indeed it had been dispatched. (They also informed PayPal who informed me of the dispatch)
I've received the glasses, they're great, and I have no hesitation to recommend SunglassesPlus to my friends or anyone looking at this wondering if the firm is genuine. They are, and they are nice people to buy from ! |
