Delivery Policy
We at Sunglass Plus hope to despatch as soon as possible after your order is accepted, but please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
Our delivery is FREE for all orders with a value of £45.00 and over within mainland UK, Northern Ireland and some parts of the Channel Islands. Orders under £45.00 carry a charge of £3.00, and for Europe and Southern Ireland £10.00
If you require a next day delivery before 5:30 pm then this is available at a cost of £10.00 for all orders received before 13:00 mid-day for UK mainland, Northern Ireland and some parts of the Channel Islands.
All UK orders are despatched through the Post Office and will require a signature to acknowledge delivery.
This signature will be proof of delivery, and unfortunately due to security reasons we can only deliver goods to the address of the cardholder.
Although we endeavour to stock all items, if for any reason we cannot fulfil your order we will advise you immediately of the delay. Where we are unable to despatch goods within 15 days, a full refund will be given, and we will contact you again to see if we can arrange a new delivery time, or if necessary an alternative product.
